Chrome Web Browser Overtakes Safari

Google chrome has shown itself to be a very powerful web browser by the Web giant Google and it has been reported that the fame of this new browser is increasing day by day. The internet monitoring site Net Applications has made an analysis on the use of web browser and it has been seen that Chrome has defeated Safari web browser though the release of chrome was made 16 months ago.  The data compiled by that site shows that safari has been moved to the fourth place by Chrome which has now become the third most popular web browser of the world. By the end of 2009 it has been seen that Safari has achieved 4.46 percent of market share and Chrome has achieved 4.63 percent.

The internet explorer is still reported to be leading the competition of web browser by having 62.7 percent of market share and the Mozilla Firefox has consolidated its position as being the web browser which is a true alternative for internet explorer and it has been reported that 24.6 percent internet users are using Mozilla as an alternative to internet explorer. Thus this whole calculation has shown a remarkable achievement by the Google Chrome and the passage of success has not yet stopped it is increasing at a very nice rate.
