Star War

After a fantastic release of Avatar in 3D by James Cameron and his pioneers’ crew, George Lucas has been also planning to bring the most famous Star War movie in 3D. This news sounds really exciting one because it will give some very superb enhancements to the movie and according to Lucas, he was searching to roll out Star War on the some different kind of platform but his attempts failed because of the unavailability of technology and the credit goes to the Avatar which has made it possible for Lucas to achieve his goals by using the 3D technology.

While talking about the new plans and goals Lucas said that “I’m happy it’s so successful and worked very well in 3D,” he further discussed about the popularity of Avatar. “I haven’t been a big fan of 3D, but that movie definitely improves in [the field of] 3D”. In a meeting with news media he said that “We’ve been looking for years and years and years of trying to take Star Wars and put it in 3D … But, the technology hasn’t been there. We’ve been struggling with it, but I think this will be a new impetus to make that happen”. So this is going to be a very really exciting thing for the Star Wars lovers and they might have started waiting for the release date but until now no date has been finalized or announced in the international markets.
