T-mobile is one of the best groups of mobile phone corporate subsidiaries that operates GSM network in Europe, Asia and US. Due to very fine quality and pretty affordable packages this company has got very much fame among people.

But now from the past few days it has been heard that the customer information has been hacked, BBC has confirmed these so called rumors by claiming that employs at T-mobile illegally sold million of customer’s details to the other phone firms which then talk to the customers as the T-mobile representatives.

T-mobile has notified the England’s information commission which is an agency responsible for safeguarding consumer’s privacy. According to T-Mobile this all activity was performed without their knowledge. Now the investigation has started and hopefully the responsible persons for this activity would be punished.

Due to all this the company has suffered a major outage earlier this month that has left people unable to send or receive message throughout the day. This was all followed by an outage last month which had restricted the people of using the web and other such applications. So T-Mobile must take very meaningful decisions for such activities otherwise the already made good image of T-mobile among the people will fell down.
